Bridging Gaps

Drop-in sessions for primary school applications, sign-posting to available help. 

The Stars and Sparkles Foundation appreciates how difficult it can be for families with young children to access the services they need, when they need them. The Foundation provides services tailored to supporting families in need of advice or guidance:

• Access to the internet for online primary school applications at our hubs across the city.

• Signposting to support services for mental health and well-being advice, safeguarding and child protection services, women’s support groups and local emergency help.

• Referrals for communication, speech and language disorders, and special educational needs and disabilities.

• Guidance on accessing government benefits, housing, local children’s centres, health visiting services and baby clinics.
